Account and Data Deletion Request
Use this page to request permanent deletion of your PakFiler account and the personal data associated with it. Please read the disclosures below before submitting.
This action is permanent
Upon approval of your request, all non-essential account data - including your profile settings, session histories, push notification tokens, in-app chat history, uploaded draft documents, and FBR/IRIS credentials - will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days. A 7-day grace period is provided to cancel the request by signing back in. After the grace period expires, deletion is irreversible.
Regulatory Disclosure - FBR Statutory Retention
Pursuant to the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 of Pakistan, core financial transactions, CNICs, NTN records, and submitted tax return data must be legally retained by PakFiler for a mandatory statutory period of five (5) years. This regulatory data cannot be destroyed immediately upon request and will be securely archived in restricted-access storage until the statutory retention period expires, after which it is automatically and permanently purged.
